30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied, we're happy to help you return your purchase. Contact us after receiving your order, then we will email you the steps for a full refund. All associated shipping fees are not refundable. This guarantee only applies to the ShotKam Camera purchased on ShotKam Canada’s webstore and shipped to Canada. 

Holiday Extension: We understand many orders are Christmas gifts, so any orders placed between 25 November and 25 December may be returned through 31 January.

Two (2) Year Warranty: If any technical issue arises within two years of purchase, please email us at support@shotkam.com for a Return Authorization Form. The warranty is non-transferable and remains solely with the original buyer. It does not transfer if the camera is sold to a new buyer.
