Attach your ShotKam to any 28 Gauge or .410 Side-by-Side barrel with this package. Your order will come with a 20 Gauge Side-by-Side Mount, plus a kit with extra rubber lining pads. Take one of the extra rubber pads plus the double-sided tape, then insert them into the 20 Gauge side-by-side for a secure fit onto your 28 Gauge or .410 side-by-side barrel.
NOTE: Compatible with both the Gen 3 and Gen 4 ShotKam.
